Dr Vijay Kumar is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and works in S.Yorkshire as a GP and GP surgical trainer. He has previous experience of working as a Breast,Colorectal and laparoscopic Surgeon .He Provides a community based minor surgery service locally and assists in commissioning , training and Governance process on minor surgery services being set up and run in the north West of England.He has over 21 years of Experience in the NHS. He is commissioned by the RCGP -Yorkshire Faculty to run the Minor Surgery course and is its Current Course Director. He is a Member of the Royal College of Gp's and the American Academy of Family Practice.
