By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following

1. Ticket Policy

  • Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named attendee.
  • Photo ID may be required for entry.
  • ASPC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for breach of these terms or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds apply to the ticket price only (excluding any processing fees):
    - 100% refund if cancelled up to 1 month before the event start date.
    - 50% refund if cancelled up to 2 weeks before the event start date.
    - No refund thereafter.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

3. Ticket Options & Conditions

  • Day Ticket (Friday or Saturday): Grants access to sessions on the specified day only. Does not include gala dinner.
  • Two-Day Ticket: Grants access to all sessions on both days. Does not include gala dinner unless purchased separately.
  • Gala Dinner Ticket: Covers the evening dinner and entertainment only. Must be purchased in addition to a day or two-day ticket.
  • Membership Discounts: Only available to full ASPC Doctor Members as specified at checkout. All other memberships (e.g., Trainees, Affiliate Members) are not eligible for discounts.
  • Early Bird Discounts: Apply automatically until the published deadline. After this date, standard pricing applies.
  • Discount Codes: It is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility to apply any valid discount codes at the time of purchase. Codes cannot be added or applied after payment is completed.
  • Accommodation is not included in the ticket price.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

  • Programme, speakers, and timings may change without notice.
  • If ASPC cancels the event, liability is limited to a full ticket refund. ASPC is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs.

5. Photography & Filming

  • Photography and video recording may occur during the event.
  • By attending, you consent to your image and/or voice being used in ASPC materials, websites, and social media without further notice or compensation.
  • If you wish to be excluded from photographs and/or videos, please speak to the registration staff upon arrival

6. Code of Conduct

  • ASPC promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment or abusive behaviour will result in removal without refund.

7. Health & Safety

  • Attendees must comply with venue and ASPC safety instructions.
  • ASPC accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8. Recording & Materials

  • Attendees may not record sessions or redistribute event materials without prior written consent.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data is processed for ticketing and event administration in accordance with UK data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • We may share information with third parties such as the venue for dietary or special access requirements and your finance department for invoicing.
  • If required, we will also share your attendance with the relevant CPD authority.
  • Your name, organisation/hospital and/or geographical location will appear on your name badge. These details are taken from those that you input into the registration form when registering for the event.
  • Where you provide us with personal information about someone else: If you register another person as a delegate, you should only do so if you have their consent.

10. Force Majeure

  • ASPC is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, public health emergencies).
